This is Tina from 'The Flying Bears'.

What is 'The Flying Bears'? ...You guys should know, as two of you have asked me to draw from it! XD

But for the other couple watchers who're unaware of the series, here's a bit of information (link tested 03/16/2021): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWALP5MIVjY

Basically, it was an animated series from the 1980s with a protect-the-environment message.

The character represented here is named Tina. It seems the version I've drawn (in an original pose, thank you much!) is the original version.

Featured alongside is this happy pencil from Be Goody (the maker of the Heart-Shaped Pencil). :3
