Background: Uka was born in the Fieldlands of Hill Valley as a male Dog. He lived in a small village with other animals and raised by his parents who loved him with all their hearts. When Uka was 8, his village came under attack by a group of Dark Druids. All the adults were killed and the children were kidnapped. Uka and the others were taken to the Druid’s stronghold that was on the island of Hornwraith. There, the kids were kept as prisoners and experimented on by the Druids.

Uka was the only one of several kids who survived The Druids Ritual of Transformation. He was permanently transformed into a Hybrid, half Dog, half Shark. Uka had Black and Red fur, Red hair and eyes, a sharks tail and gills on his neck as well as longer ears.

Uka was kept locked away in a lonely cell, but kept locked in a water tank during experiments. He would be shackled and gagged when locked in his cell. The only other times Uka would be let out his cell was to swim for magical gemstones that laid at the bottom of the sea surrounding the island. The Druids has a magical barrier surrounding the island so their prisoners couldn’t escape.

For years, Uka suffered at the mercy of the Dark Druids. When he was 23, Uka managed to free himself from his water tank by breaking the glass. He was able to free the other prisoners and destroyed the magical orb that kept the barrier active. Uka jumped into the ocean and swam as far from the island as he could. Uka mainly swam underwater since he had gills to breath.

Uka swam through the ocean for days, until he came ashore and was found unconscious by a group of Slavers. When he came to, Uka found himself tied up to a pole in a shed and was confronted by the slavers that found him. They explained to Uka that he was in the region of the Forest Islands, which were a group of Islands that were covered with Forests. The slavers noticed that Uka had the Mark of the Dark Druids that was imprinted on his armpit. Uka begged them not to send him back to the Druids, but they had the intent on selling Uka to them. The Slavers could tell that he was scared, then gave him a choice. Uka could either let the slavers sell him back to the Dark Druids, or become a Slave of the Forest Islands. Afraid of being handed back to the Druids, Uka allowed himself to become a Slave.

Uka was taken by the slavers to the main Island of Hunters Bay and put up for auction. He was sold to a Sea Captain, a male Werewolf named Jyckle. A set of Magical Binding Tape that was imbued with Tracker and Paralysis magic was wrapped around Ukas wrists, ankles and neck. Uka unable to take the tape off. He was taken to the Forest Island of Gills Hide where he would eat, sleep and work. Uka was forced to work from dawn to dusk farming the land. He and the other slaves would sleep in an wooden shack near Jyckles mansion.

Uka would also be taken on Sea Voyages, but would mainly scrub the deck of the ship and work the sails. Jyckle only took the tape around Ukas neck when he needed him for deep sea diving, searching for treasures and gems. When they weren’t working at sea, Uka and the other slaves would be tied up and locked in the brig. When Uka was bound by any means, he would constantly try to get free. He also messed with his tape around his limbs to try and get it off. When they were on the island, Uka and the other slaves would be forced to fight each other for sport.

There were jobs on the island that Uka enjoyed such as fishing. Uka would be able to lay on the docks and relax while waiting for the fishing nets to fill. He would also swim in the ocean and use the smaller nets to catch fish. Being experimented on by the Druids and forced to be a slave made Uka depressed, but non the less he stayed strong knowing that one day he would find a way out.
