Background: Rakklo was born a male lizard on the island of Hunters Bay. He was born with Caramel Skin, Dark-Brown Hair and blue eyes, along with horns on his head. He had his mother Hiss, his father Grux and his older brother Louse. Louse was born and raised as a slave like his parents and brother. They were forced into the service of the slave master Rylon.
Rylon was a Male Wolf and a Slave Master of the Forest Islands. He owned a large patch of Land and many slaves. His slaves lived in small cabins around his estate. Rylons slaves worked in farming, Mining, cooking, cleaning, fishing and sailing. All of Rylons slaves wore metal collars around their necks. Rylon was also ruthless, for he punished and tortured his slaves if they disobeyed or slacked off in their work.
When Rakklo turned ten years old, Rylon put a metal collar around his neck and welded it shut so he couldn’t take it off. Rakklo started out working in the fields, mainly plucking crops for the Kitchens. One day when he was 12, Rakklo snuck into the manors main kitchen and cooked a pot of soup. He was caught by the Gaurd, but before punishment was inflicted, Rylon walked in and ordered the guard to hold a moment for he could smell the soup.
Rylon tasted the soup and found it to be rather delicious. Rakklo liked to help his mom cook dinner and he learned about spices and ingredients. Rylon told Rakklo he was to start working in the kitchens from that day forward as a cook. Rakklo knew he couldn’t refuse, knowing he would be whipped or worse. Rakklo started cooking Rylons meals all day every day. He mostly got an earful from the guard and Rakklo would stick his tongue out at them. Rakklo wasn’t punished severely, but was whacked from behind with a ladle.
Whenever the guards ran their mouths off to Rakklo about his cooking and family, when would slip mud or bugs into Their food. Rakklo would be punished by being put in restraints for a couple days. When he wasn’t working in the kitchens, Rakklo was spending nights looking at the stars, swimming and spending time with his brother Louse.
Rakklo always went to bed after he had dinner and every night, his brother Louse would tell him that they would escape one day and be free.
