Character Description
Julian is a male human with brown hair, fair skin and black eyes with red pupils. A Robotnik by nature, Julian started his campaign to take over Mobius by robotisizing Mobians who were either homeless or kidnapped.
After an attack left his face scarred, his mind became warped, and no longer desired to conquer Mobius. Instead, he just wants to cause misery to others.
Personality
Julian is a cold blooded psychopath who delights in causing harm. He will quickly resort to threats and violence if nothing else works. He is not without his charm, however, and his silver tongue usually helps him get his way.
Julian has a brilliant mind in terms of chemistry, robotics and business, using all in his criminal activities.

Background/History
Julian comes from Moebius, a parallel version of Mobius Prime. He came to Mobius after learning of its existence from his uncle, Ivo Kintobor. Keeping to the shadows to observe the Freedom Fighters, he began to make his move by robotisizing Mobians that were homeless or kidnapped. He is most known for the accidental creation of Edward the Cyborg, having the process halt halfway through.
Years later, Julian was attacked in his laboratory by Eddie "Two-Face", a previous associate of his who followed him from Moebius. Defending himself, Julian knocked Eddie out and locked him away, deep in his top-secret base. Rumour has it that he's still there, screaming to be let out...
His mind warped from the attack, Julian abandoned his plans to conquer Mobius, instead settling to destroy and hurt the Freedom Fighters in whatever way possible. To this end, he built a casino and a nightclub/strip club in downtown Station Square, using the profits to fund his plans and to bribe the courts into declaring him legally insane instead of sending him to life in prison.

Body
Julian has a slim build, fair skin and black eyes with red pupils. An attack left a scar leading from the left side of his mouth, and another scar over his right eye, luckily not blinding him.
Clothing
Julian usually wears a white shirt with a red square end tie, dark gray pants held up with red suspenders, a dark gray vest with a silver accent at the front, a red tailcoat with gold buttons and silver accents, and black shoes with gray spats. He used to wear white gloves but has long since abandoned them.
