A character I've had for a long time. Those of you who know me from my DA days will recognise the face of Julian Robotnik before he was changed for the worst - Joker J.
I felt like the character was due a reboot. The Joker shtick was getting old, and he needed a change. Now, instead of a homicidal maniac with white skin and green hair, he's just a homicidal maniac.
REBOOTED HISTORY
In his teens, Julian Robotnik crossed the void between universes and came to Mobius Prime in order to conquer it. Now, he just wants to do as he wishes, no matter who he hurts in his way.
Julian Robotnik came from Moebius, after learning that there were parallel universes. He first kept to the shadows, learning what he could about the world, and secretly creating robots by robotisizing the homeless and the kidnapped. He is most known for the creation of Edward the Cyborg, having his machine malfunction when the process was halfway done.
However, an old acquaintance from his chemistry lab days came through to this universe the same time as Julian did. Eddie Two-Face wanted revenge after Julian scarred half of his face off, and waited until the right moment. Years later, when Julian was alone, Eddie attacked him with a knife and tried to cut his face up. Julian was ready, though, and defended himself, taking only superficial scars in the process.
The attack leaving his mind warped, Julian abandoned his plans to conquer Mobius Prime, and instead just wanted to destroy the Freedom Fighters in whatever way possible, just for his own amusement. To this end, he built a casino and a stripclub in Station Square, using the profits to "win" legal battles to declare him legally insane. What he can't buy with money, he resorts to very personal threats.
He tortured Diego the Wolf for being part of the Freedom Fighters, leaving him to die. He shot Eleena-Su in the spine for being a mole in his casino business. He has personally attacked the Acorn Kingdom, creating rifts within the kingdom and spreading mistrust about Nicole, the AI protecting the kingdom.
