A really wonderful commission from ebonyplume featuring Hippil and Ryme, which might...be their first picture together actually!
Despite not being the first time I've written them together, the two have actually never been in a picture together as far as I can remember. Remedying that with this as the first one, a scene thought up from something else I've been working on, I figured it would make for a wonderful scene to showcase these two together! And I thank ebonyplume for being the one to draw it and bring this little scene from it to life!
What can I say, before joining the organization, Ryme's love for "big" guys was never really discovered in detail. Sure up to that point it may have hit every now and again, but being so laser focused on her goal up until that point, it never was at the forefront of her mind. But once she joined up with the Frost Demons and was left to really think about it, that itch in the back of her head came to the forefront and evolved into a full blown obsession! With Hippil being more than willing to have food given to him by such a beautiful lizard, and of course adding that he no longer would need to actually get his own, Hippil himself grew quite fond of the lifestyle of a "lord."
Even if Hippil really isn't one, for Ryme, making sure that dream is real is just one of the many things she enjoys doing for the massive dragon slug wizard. ---
Interesting to get a commission of Ryme that's not only completely SFW, but also one of the few times I get to show Ryme genuinely happy, if love stricken. For any wondering why she sticks around with the organization, Hippil is quite a big reason for it. There are other reasons for sure, but the biggest one is getting to stick around with the one she's in love with. Hippil may not be perfect, far from it, but given the love between them, even if they are at the bottom of the barrel, the two certainly don't mind~
