I know it isn't yet Easter, but does it really need to be, to draw an Easter bunny?
Whatever the answer, I drew an Easter bunny (and it's all you'll get tonight)! ^_^
This is Stuffy from Rankin-Bass's 'The First Easter Rabbit'.
I've drawn Stuffy before, but ...I lost the original ACO (or, rather, I sold it), and the second scribble was part of a sketch dumpling. This drawing is destined for my folder, where it will fox and turn to dust alongside the others (because the paper I use has acid in it--MUHAHAHA)!
...anyway,
I thought Stuffy would be a fitting subject to introduce my Paul Smith pencil ...and, yes, Stuffy's wearing Frosty's hat (not good!). ^^
What's Paul Smith?
A middling, designer-clothing label known for its use of multi-colored stripes.
Paul Smith is nothing special as a clothing line, and I cannot say they make pencils at all---mine just has the branding.
So far as I can tell, Caran d'Ache makes the Paul Smith pencils, but I really have no way of knowing. My guess is based on the line of Paul Smith's colored pencils, which are marketed as a collab with Caran d'Ache.
Otherwise, my guess would have been Dixon (based on the round barrel). That said, this pencil doesn't write like my other Caran d'Aches do (and writes too well to be a Sanford or Papermate product), moreover (but what do I know?)
