What most think when they see me and I talk about who I am is... basically, a loner in a cabin in the woods, living right next to the serial killer with Bigfoot meandering nearby... that's around the ballpark, heh. No but really, coming from such a tight, small-town community does foster a sense of responsibility you don't get anywhere else. I've been present and there to help Whitefish when it needs to, be it a harsh winter or an accident or some other shit, everyone knows the big wolverine’s up to make sure it's running for everyone.
I'm a craftsman, I'm pretty much building stuff everyday: welding is what I enjoy doing, and something that I've been lucky enough to call a career. I specialize in railings and ornamental interior stuff, but anything you need in metal, big or small, elaborate or detailed, I got you covered... I made this badass chain myself, and I probably can build a better chair than this shit I'm on now, think I'm gonna fall right on my ass soon.
It also helps that my job is about half of my exercise routine, so I'm always in a constant state of working out. Otherwise, anything that's close to strength training, some calisthenics, strongfur routines even - that's what works for me best. I'm the strongest fur in the county, likely the strongest in the state, and soon enough, the strongest mustelid in America. I've been in the running for amateur strongfur competitions before, but right now at this stage in my life, I rather be known as Montana's secret weapon, forged by nature and stowed away where the ones I care for know.
I like to keep my cards close to the chest when it comes to my private life, but there’s a lot more to this wolverine than what people think - namely, my girlfriend of two years. Kate’s cute, attractive, a perfect complement to my personality, we just happen to click... and not to mention she’s obsessed with my talents, if you get me! Despite her being seven years younger than me, she’s the only one who’s managed to take the lone wolf from the badlands somewhat close to capitulating. And as much as I’m planning to keep this side of me undercover, you can bet your ass I’m gonna step out to defend her honor if someone dares to put it into discussion.
My edge against my opponents is that I can withstand pain better than anyone else. Through my work in the forge I’ve built a godly tolerance to intense heat; blisters, cuts, burns and other small injuries I simply shrug off, and I got skin tougher than an ox’s. I can look super intimidating if I want to, and it’s well within my plans to get some of these kiddos too scared to tackle me before the real fighting is underway.
I bet those other guys will come in all fake confidence and shit, and expecting to just, like... come in, be pretty and win. Reality is a lot of 'em will fall flat on their asses at the first obstacle, and that's where the real Alphas are gonna step in and make their claim. Let the real forged men take center stage and show you how it's done.
I'm the American Mustelid Alpha because I know what's gonna be on the way towards the title. It's gonna be arduous, it's gonna be tiring, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna see hell and back, but guess what? This wolverine has seen it, he has been through it, and it's nothing I don't know how to tackle already. I got the level head and the discipline those other competitors don't have, and come on... wolverines are the top mustelids around, Jack, so take that fact and stick it up there.

Little more than 8,000 furs live in Whitefish, a small mountain town in northwestern Montana. One of them is Michael, a 35-year-old wolverine blacksmith who's made a name for himself as a proficient craftsman with iron and steel - as well as a veritable mountain of muscles and brawn. Despite his imposing look and ferocious appearance, Michael is a good guy at heart and has undertaken a number of non-profit projects within his community, becoming known among his neighbors as Whitefish's jack-of-all-trades when it comes to repairs of any kind.
