Chapter 13: The Ultimate Evil?
Dateline December 29th 2000 C.E.
Blaze was taking care of the new babies she made with Adam. Cream with the help of Vanilla was taking care of her babies as well. Both Adam and Miles Tails Prower were proud of what they had made.
Adam said "I just hope I can be a better father than my own was and protect them."
Tails replied "I am sure you will after all you must have been made to suffer as you did for a reason. Perhaps that reason was so you could be a proper father than no one has thus far been."
Adam said "You may be right." Adam went out for air the events of the past eight days were more excitement than he had been anticipating and thus he desperately needed some time alone to ponder the recent events. He sat in front of a lake and skipped a few rocks into it like he used to when he would visit relatives.
Adam thought to himself "I sure hope my suspicions that something worse than me may be coming was just my usual paranoia acting up. If not this world could be screwed."
At that moment Eggman and Sonic were engaged in one of their usual battles overhead.
Dr. Eggman said"I will destroy you Sonic!"
Sonic replied "Yeah right!"
Dr. Egg man was in one of his classic Egg man Wrecking Ball hovercrafts as Sonic was dodging it at every turn and various people were getting out of their way so as not to get killed. They could see Adam Castle not far away and faintly see Adam near the lake next to it.
Dr. Egg man said "Damn it if I so much as scratch his castle he will kill me for sure."
Sonic said "It seems we are at an impasse here if either of us damages his castle we will have hell to pay."
Dr. Egg man sighed and flew home for now to make a better plan. Bokkun came into the lair of Dr. Eggman "Smatter Dr. Egg man?" it asked.
Dr. Egg man replied "It is that Adam character. As long as he remains here and able to kill anyone he wants I just cannot fight sonic like I used to. Trouble is if I did manage to create something to kill either of them what would stop it from killing me?"
Bokkun patted the doctor on the back. "Do not worry Dr. Eggman I am sure you will come up with a plan for this sooner or later. Rouge said that Adam does not want to live that old life anymore so we may be able to get around him as an obstacle. We could unite the various people against him through trickery," Said Bokkun.
Dr. Egg man replied "That will not work even if we did succeed in turning everyone here against him he would be more than happy to kill them all and have the means to do so. We need to exploit his mercy somehow. What if there was something that got more powerful the more he tried to kill it." Dr. Eggman asked "Is there even such a thing in existence?"
Meanwhile kit kit and kit kat were Frolicking in some flowers. Isaac playfully leapt at them hugging them both as they lay in the flowers. All of them were giggling like little children. Neko was working with Miles Tails Prower on some new devices.
Neko said "As you can see by manipulating the atomic structure of this rock, we find it is not a rock but, rather a valuable pliable gemstone. Just imagine how many more things we think our rocks could contain these unique properties. That being said it would make a pretty necklace for Cream perhaps you want to give it to her for bearing your Kibitz."
Tails nodded in agreement and said "Thanks Neko I appreciate your help. I may be a decent inventor but, I have spent a lot more time tinkering than wooing females."
Neko laughed and said "When you can make stuff as well as I can, wooing girls is the least of your worries."
Tails laughed "I would imagine so if the human race lusts for control as much as Dr. Egg man."
Both Shadow and Adam were sitting at opposite ends of the same lake keeping their distance from each other. Meanwhile in the dimension Neko, Adam, Kit Kit, Kit Kat and Isaac came from, alliances were about to form for the worst. The Hybrid Hunters Guild, Sechs Empire, Palestinian Terrorists and some crooked cops among other people bent on taking the law into their own hands and killing Adam for what he did to Covina and West Covina had made their way to The Death Valley Desert hearing the rumors of the hotel and resort there.
All forces packed a one week supply of food and water when crossing the desert. They reached the Hotel and Resort in the Desert to find that their intended targets were not there. The Sechs Empire,the Hybrid Hunters Guild, Palestinian Terrorists and crooked cops and civilians out for revenge were surprised to run into each other.
To make this simple to follow we will call the Palestinian group United Palestinians Against Israelis And Jews (UPAIAJ) and The crooked cops and civilians out for revenge will be called The Covinas Militia. The Covinas Militia was led by "Commander Guns N Oranges" a former police officer kicked off the force when Covina was evacuated because the search parties he was responsible for disappeared. The Sechs Empire Leader is named "Emperor Destroya". The Leader of The Hybrid Hunters Guild is "Hemlock Pelt-skins". The Leader of the UPAIAJ is "Majid Martyr."
Emperor Destroya was the first to speak. "What in the world are all you doing here?" he asked.
Guns N Oranges was next to speak. " I could ask you the same thing." He replied.
Hemlock Pelt-skins said "Woah woah woah I do not think we came out all this way to take each other as our trophy."
Majid Martyr nodded in agreement and said "I would have to agree we all came so far for something and it obviously is not each other."
Emperor Destroya said "Alright fine I and my Army here are seeking out a certain cat boy who can invent stuff. He has been a thorn in my plans for far too long."
Majid said "I am here because I heard reports of an Israeli who fled Israel and I have come to kill him."
Hemlock Pelt-skins said "I am after Kit Kit and Kit Kat many of our good hunters died trying to get their pelts and despite the rewards I offered for their capture I cannot get a single person who can bring them in alive or dead."
Guns N Oranges said "I lead a sort of Militia of the People consisting of Civilians and former police and other rescue workers who lost their jobs as a result of the disappearances in Covina and West Covina. If the evidence we found that the courts refused to accept as anything but a story is true there is a cat boy necromancer and the DNA we found lead us here. As long as he dies and we no longer have to worry about him we do not care what you guys want and will not get in your way."
Hemlock Pelt-skins said "Well since my DNA tracker lead me here as well I propose we all work together to get through this."
Emperor Destroya said "I would agree with Pelt-skins. If the one who calls himself Neko is here then he has no doubt set up a ton of traps or devices to kill us all."
Majid asked " How will we bypass his traps ?"
Emperor Destroya said "Not to worry we still have some blueprints from the time we tricked his brother into helping us. By using those we have finally been able to make some devices to distract his machines while we enter the control room."
He brought in the Scorpion Tanks that their engineers had made from the blueprints his brother made. The Scorpion Tanks Neko built came in and returned fire with theirs as all outside the hotel charged in around the battling machines. They found the control room and jumped inside the portal to the world Adam and friends are in now.
Adam suddenly jolted up from where he was sitting. "They are here" said Adam.
Shadow asked "Who is here?"
Adam replied "Remember when I said I sensed something far more evil than I on its way?"
Shadow said "Yeah what about it?"
Adam replied "Well it got in it is here it came from my dimension and it is after me. The responsible thing to do would be to leave this world so it need not suffer for what I did. Before I do I must warn the others."
Before he could do anything more the combined forces had already opened fire on the Anthropomorphic creatures and anything not human while the humans got caught in the crossfire.
Hemlock Pelt-skins said "Oh joy these other world inhabitants will fetch a hefty price for their hides!"
Majid said "The sheer panic is intoxicating!"
Guns N Oranges yelled "You fools! We came here for specific people if you wage war on this place our plan is destined to fail!" Neko appeared on the scene with Miles Tails Prower.
Neko said "It will fail anyway. why do you need to attempt to earn extra credit?"
Miles Tails Prower said "you villains are all the same always after as much as you can get. If you indeed have qualms with these Hybrids from another dimension how about you just go after them instead? We can tell you where they all are then you can stop the genocide of the natives!"
Hemlock Pelt-skins scoffed at the idea saying "Ha! And miss out on a chance to bag things possibly more valuable than what I came for no thank you!"
Neko replied "How sad. Have you ever heard the Buddhist moral that greed kills Well you are about to find out now."
Kit Kit took aim and fired an arrow straight for Hemlock Peltskins and got him in the brain. Hemlock was taken down at last but not before taking 10 other anthropomorphic creatures with him and about 20 humans in the wrong place at the wrong time. Kit Kit said trembling " I...I am sorry. We were too late..." The other hunters that remained alive took the money from Hemlock Pelt-skins and tried to leave with the corpses. Kit Kat used a paralysis poison on her dagger and stabbed every last hunter in the back giving Kit Kit a free shot at all of them. Kit Kit fired an aimed shot through each of the hunters in the brains and the two ran off with the money.
Emperor Destroya shrugged and said "meh no big loss there. Alright If you will tell these other guys where the other targets are we will keep the damage to unintended targets minimal."
Neko said "you can find Adam castle in a forest by a lake it looks just like the one from his dimension so it is pretty hard to miss it. Isaac is somewhere within that same forest. I will go there too so as to minimize civilian casualties and all your enemies will be in one convenient place. My suggestion is you will probably want to take out Adam first because once he is dead it will not be that much harder to pick off the rest of us or I could just destroy you all right now with my machines." The villains huddled together the ones that remained.
Emperor Destroya said "hmm.... I came here to destroy Neko sure but it sounds to me this Adam Character may have the power I seek to rule the world."
Guns N Oranges said "you fool! You cannot control something that destructive you are best off to try and take Neko alive! He is your prey after all. We would be lucky if even we could kill it alone but I do like his idea of attacking Adam together."
Majid said "You fools this could all be a trap! If this Adam is really that dangerous and Jewish, attacking him head on would be suicide use your heads!"
While they were arguing Neko slipped away and notified the others including Dr. Egg man of the onslaught so he does not accidentally get caught in the crossfire.
Emperor Destroya said "Well it looks like whatever we do we have to go into the forest sooner or later because that is where they went now!"
Majid said "Could we not just open fire on these civilians and lure them back?"
Guns N Oranges said "Not if you want Adam to come he does not give a crap about the human race He will remain holed up till we are tired then pick us all off one by one."
Emperor Destroya said "Alright the forest it is I guess." The three remaining forces lead their armies into the forest.
Majid said "Alright here is the plan you guys lure out your foes by making lots of noise in all that noise and confusion my guys will pick them off as they come."
Emperor Destroya said "I like your plan after all if I cannot use them I have no recourse but to destroy them." Adam invited the rest of the freedom fighters to take shelter in his room while he turned the rest of the castle into the trap castle we have all come to love. Emperor Destroya looked at a couple humans sitting on a bench unblinking.
"Hmm I wonder what they are doing in a place this scary." He thought.
He poked them and they crumbled like that opening for fringe with the guy who was turned into an ash statue.
Majid screamed "And I thought we were the terrorists!"
Emperor Destroya said "Nuts to this let us just raise this thing to the ground!" Emperor Destroya ordered his men to open fire on the castle. And now a scene transition inside the castle.
Vanilla said "Oh dear it seems that the other world enemies are at least as bad as Egg man who I am surprised has not taken advantage of this confusion."
Sonic said "He may be destructive and sometimes bone headed but he is at least smart enough to know not to get in the middle of this. He values his life too much to attack this place."
Tails asked "So what should we do Neko? Adam? Isaac? Anyone?"
Neko said "Ordinarily I would just send out my scorpion tanks to deal with these guys but the Sechs Empire would be expecting that and probably have a counter attack waiting. My suggestion is to throw them off we should each attack the enemy least prepared to handle us. That is Adam should attack the Sechs Empire before they blow up this castle and kill us all. I should go after his enemies The Covinas Militia and Kit Kit and Kit Kat should counter attack the terrorists then Isaac finishes everyone off."
Adam said "Hmm a thorough plan and I could probably just kill them all myself but it would not be much fun that way. Additionally I do want to bring a few back for my torture chamber."
Cream said "Um No offense Mr. Forsaken but, even for you this is just too much."
Adam replied "None taken. I mean I am not entirely sure what to feel right now I mean I feel bad for the fact we all ended up bringing trouble with us without intending to but at the same time that rush for the kill of the spirit of the necromancer within me is saying YES KILL THEM ALL!!!!! I do not know what to do about it."
Blaze grabbed Adam from behind. "Easy there Tiger! Save your energy for the bedroom." She said. The kittens were mewing scared as can be from all the noise outside.
Adam commanded "Alright begin phase one Operation Friendly Fire!" Some zombies rose and ran outside the castle. The scene transitioned outside the castle.
Officer Guns N Oranges said "As expected zombies. Men open fire aim for their heads!"
The Scorpion tanks commanded by Commander Destroya continued pelting Adam castle with missiles lasers and machine gun rounds slowly weakening the spirit barrier set up. Others turned to shoot the zombies in the head and succeeded. Kit Kit jumped onto the top of the castle and began Firing arrows at the Terrorists. A good chunk of them became arrow heads as Kit Kit leaped from tower to tower firing at them. Majid said "Damn it if only the HHG had not died maybe we would have a chance."
Some scorpion tanks came out of the castle on command of Neko and opened fire on the terrorists. Out of the thousand terrorists that came the leader and one-hundred men remained after that and tried to retreat. As they made a break for it Isaac appeared in the direction they were running and cast several spikes of earth from the ground that would send enemies flying back in a straight line.
Isaac shouted "ADAMAH!!! (EARTH)!!!" he cast the earth spell. Ten terrorists got a earth spike to the groin and lay on the ground in pain. The other terrorists had escaped the spell only to be caught by a giant pair of skeletal hands coming out of the ground the very same ones that leveled the three schools Adam took out back in Covina in mere minutes. Adam used a death gate and appeared in front of them.
Adam said "I suppose an introduction is in order I am Adam and that thing that grabbed you I call it Hans because it is quite handy with disposing of stragglers." Bones were snapping within the legs of the terrorists that were grabbed between its fingers including Majid.
Majid begged "Please I can turn over a new leaf I swear!"
Adam laughed sadistically and said "yeah right you terrorists are all the same you beg for mercy or blow yourselves up refusing to accept death on the terms of anyone but your own. I would sooner believe that every pig in the world will suddenly sprout wings and fly before I would believe your appeal for mercy. Hans crush them!" Hans did as commanded and got blood in the face of Adam. Adam looked like someone threw a tomato at his face.
Adam said "Next time maybe do that after have gotten out of range?" He took a death gate back into the castle expressions of horror on the faces of the enemies that attacked his castle.
Guns N Oranges yelled "d-damn it!!!!!!!! Why will this guy not die!!!!!!!!!"
At that moment Emperor Destroya blasted an opening to where everyone in the castle was. Adam yelled "damn it! Get the civilians downstairs we will handle this."
Neko pulled out a huge gun. "BAZOOKA!!!!" He yelled in an Austrian accent. He fired his bazooka straight at Emporer Destroya and blasted him back through many trees. Neko said "do not worry I will fix and replant those." Emperor Destroya had his armor break as it was not designed to handle something that huge. Adam happily dragged Emperor Destroya away kicking and screaming. Adam was red in the eyes indicating he was clearly under the influence of the spirit of the necromancer as he chained Emperor Destroya to his basement torture chamber. Adam castle was now on fire and slowly beginning to crumble from the constant battling inside and outside of it. Adam began torturing Emperor Destroya to Death. Adam took out his scalpel as others watched in horror.
Adam removed the shoes and socks of Emperor Destroya, "This little piggy went to market!" said Adam as he removed the largest toe on each foot as Emperor Destroy Yu screamed in agony and the toes were put next to some pretend vegetables of one of his city play sets. "This little piggy stayed home!" Adam said as he cut off the second largest toes and put them in a play set with a little people house. "This little piggy had roast beef!" Adam said as he cut off the third largest toes and put them next to some roast beef he had laying out to feed the prisoners. "This little piggy had none!" Adam said as he cut off the 4th largest toes and burned them down to ash with a match. "And this little piggy cried Wee Wee Wee All the way home!" Adam said as he cut off the last toe on each foot and put them in the back of a toy car.
Cream clearly horrified said "Mommy, please never recite that nursery rhyme to me or anyone ever again."
Chris Thorndike said "I agree! Childhood ruined."
Emperor Destroya scared for his life said "Y-you monster! Neko was not my greatest enemy after all! Adam licked the blood off his scalpel and said "Thank you I try really hard you know. Call off your machines or I will make your death even more painful." He demanded.
Emperor Destroya said "I-I cannot reach my control panel you chained me up!"
Adam replied "Wrong answer!" He pulled out a long stick Taser labeled Shockie Stick and zapped Emperor Destroya with it sending almost an ampere of current through him but not quite enough to kill him.
Neko yelled "Adam that is enough even I am beginning to feel sorry for him now! Adam turned to Neko with red eyes and a demonic grin. "How cute... feeling pity for the very entity that forced you to build your lair in the middle of a desert! The one who was behind the killing of your only family! The one who lead the attack and killed many people in the wrong place at the wrong time." Adam asked "are you seriously telling me you have sympathy for a guy like this?"
Neko replied "Yes and do you know why?"
Adam smiled evilly and said "I will bite why?"
Neko said "Because you are just like him and I took pity on you. Even you have to admit of the 5570+ people you killed not all of them were bullies of yours. Some were police and rescue workers who if they found out what you did would have you sentenced to death or killed you on the spot! Still others were as you eloquently put it, In the wrong place at the wrong time. Can you see the hypocrisy in what you are doing?"
Adam sighed still clearly under the effects of the book of necromancy and said "fine I will finish him quickly then."
Adam lit a bonfire and threw Emperor Destroya to it listening with pleasure as he screamed in agony but not before salting his cuts. Adam then ate the remains of Emperor Destroya. The others could only watch in horror as the killer showed his true colors. The castle would be more obviously coming apart at this moment. Dr. Egg man was watching all this in horror with the others and noticed the castle coming apart.
Dr. Egg man yelled "We have to get out of here now or it will fall on top of us!" Adam opened a death gate which people ran right through and got out Adam was the last to leave it before his castle crumbled. The Covinas Militia was waiting outside.
Officer Guns N Oranges Yelled "Give yourself up Adam you have no castle and I doubt your friends are on your side anymore from the screaming we heard."
Adam said "You forgot about one thing." He pointed to Hans who was closing in on the Covinas Militia and long story short squeezed the life out of all of them and dragged the scorpion tanks attacking the castle to the center of the earth. When the battle ended Adam knelt in front of the rubble that remained of his castle.
Adam screamed "M-My Castle!!!! My valuables, all gone... They were the only things that I would have had when everyone else I cared about left me."
Neko said "well the battle ended albeit in the most grotesque manner possible. I think you guys can return to your homes as property damage was minimal to your places."
The others returned to their homes and the children who had seen all this would not sleep well that night. No one could blame them for that. They watched people get tortured, slain and even eaten. Adam ran off deeper into the woods both ashamed of what he had become and upset over losing every material thing he had taken with him. He thought he had sensed an evil greater than himself on its way but in actuality he already had it within him the thing that would put him to shame all along.
