These rioters do not turn on their own allies and attack them immediately after being gifted free supplies. You can trust actors and musicians as role models. You can trust sports players as role models. Famous people make for excellent examples of conduct in life. Famous people are never discovered to be merely flawed human beings beneath the public image. People are not unjustly banned and deplatformed for saying unpopular things, even if unpopular things are by definition untrue. Untrue statements cannot be refuted with facts, they must be censored to protect impressionable minds. All websites have completely clear, fair, readable rules which are enforced equally on all users without favoritism. There is no war in Ba Sing Se. The furry fandom isn't mostly about pornography and hedonism. The furry fandom isn't emotionally addictive. The furry fandom is a free and open place where people of any ideology are welcomed and loved. The furry fandom does not have a bestiality problem. The furry fandom does not have a problem of grooming actual known minors into sexual fetishes and coaching them to claim to be 18 until they actually come of age. The furry fandom is full of friends. The furry fandom does not have a problem of users who ignore personal space boundaries. Administration on furry websites does not tend to side with popular artists who violate its rules simply because their profiles bring in clicks. Administration on furry websites does not have a problem of siding with molesters and sex pests. Bans on callout journals against specific bad actors are about the safety of users to prevent dogwhistle attacks, not about helping abusers maintain their reputations. People are never harassed for being heterosexual. There is no active recruitment to attempt to turn heterosexual men gay.
