Riley was born and raised in the city of London to his snake parents. His father was a tailor, who designed men's suits using British, French and German fabrics. His mother worked at the library. Riley's parents were kind and raised their son well. They were loving to their son, but they were also strict.
Just after Riley turned 7, his father started making him wear a suit everyday. Riley wore a three piece suit, with a single breasted jacket. Riley wore suits at home, walking around the city, even to school and church. Riley felt the suits were uncomfortable and tight, even in the summer heat. When there were days when it was extremely hot, Riley's father would let him wear a buttoned short-sleeve shirt and shorts.
Riley's mother made sure he was given a proper education, for she sent him to the best schools in London and signed him up for classes that would help Riley mature into a proper gentleman. His mother would also have him attend church every Sunday. At school, Riley had a talent for music, he loved to sing.
His parents attended all his school and church choirs. However, Riley became sick with the flu when he was 9 years old. It was during Christmas and Riley was practicing for the Christmas show choir, but he did so, while playing in the snow. His parents found out about his sickness after hearing their son moaning in the middle of the night. Riley got better after a few days of staying home.
Rileys mother would pick him up everyday after school and he would do his homework at the library. His father would have him help do chores and exercise on the weekends, but they allowed Riley to play with his friends.
During his childhood, Riley and his parents would travel Europe to visit family relatives. They would travel during the summer and holidays. When Riley was 12, his mother sent him to a boarding school in Paris, where he attended for a full school year. Riley learned manorism, speech, posture, even learned how to speak French.
When Riley was about 15, he began wearing two piece suits with double breasted jackets. He got use to wearing suits by the time he was eleven. Riley's father still made him wear three piece suits, but only when attending school. When he came home, Riley would change into his double breasted jacket.
After graduating high school, Riley attended Kings College, where he graduated with honors and got a job at the British Museum. Riley got married at 23 to a green female snake and they had twin boys, then a daughter the following year.
Riley and his wife continued a tradition that he did with his parents. Every New Year's Eve, Riley and his parents had a family photo taken that showed how much they changed at the end of each year. When taking the photo, Riley and his father were dressed in suits and his mother wore a fine dress. Riley and his wife continued the tradition proudly. Riley made sure to keep all the suits he wore from when he was little, knowing that his sons would one day wear them.
