School starts in a few weeks for all the cubs in New Mexico and all other parts of the US. The residents in the little community of Duran are buying new school clothes for all their cubs, especially Clarence and his neighbor/girlfriend Cheryl. And this particular Saturday night will be a special one, including the usual trip to The Hop to show off the cubs' new outfits. Those two love-struck cubs seem to be the center of attention as they dance to a newly released song playing on the jukebox: "Wait Wait" by Glen Glenn: http://youtu.be/bItMwH2Nzg4http://youtu.be/4H6V4T1uzVAhttp://youtu.be/8U7ZPOp3Wqg (NOTE: There are three links to the same song just in case YouTube decides to delete one of them.) Jerald and Cindy Coyote are already high school graduates, and it's a good bet they'll be going to college together. Clarence and Cheryl hope to follow that same path when they graduate from high school, even if it's in different times. (Don't forget, Clarence is from the future.) As the 1960-61 school years awaits them, in the back of his mind Clarence is wondering which will be finished first: the school year or the repairs to the time machine. If you'll pardon the pun, "only time will tell".
is a reworked version of a scene I made for him some time ago:
and he made the second picture look like something out of a dream sequence. And those two young lovers - and practically everyone else - now wonder if what they're dreaming will come true. Hope you like the outfits moyo gave them.
