Nicole's design remains the same. She still wears her purple wrap dress. The only change is addition of ring bracelets.
Nicole's physical appearance, clothes, and ring bracelets may alter depending on the type of ring energy she is using at the time.
Originally, I was going to have Nicole wearing sandals. But I didn't like how the design came out. So, she's going to remain barefoot.
In the physical world, not only can Nicole manipulate the nanites of New Mobotropolis. But now her physical body retains the abilities of her handheld device in . When standing still, she can electrify her body as a defensive mechanism. And she can shoot lasers from her eyes.

Just like Bunnie, Nicole is also from the prime Mobius reality.
After the "Worlds Collide" event, reality seemed to have returned to normal.
Nicole was facing off against the monstrous form Tails Doll had taken. She wasn't alone though.
Sonic and Tails suddenly appeared, replacing Team Freedom who were present before the crossover event. The Dynamic Duo defeated the monstrous Tails Doll with their combo attacks from Sonic 4: Episode 2.
In present day, Sonic would later visit Dr. Ellidy, asking if he could create a new handheld device for Nicole. The doctor complied, but required that Sonic collect Ring data for him...
