This design of Iblis the Flame is based off of Silver's story ending in "Sonic the Hedgehog", aka "Sonic '06".
Similar to when Mephiles took on Shadow's physical appearance from his shadow, Iblis takes on Blaze's appearance from absorbing the flames inside her body. At first, it resembled a recolored Blaze. However, after transforming, Iblis' own physical traits would be added to its final design.

The story of "Sonic the Hedgehog," aka "Sonic '06" still happens in the Archie-verse. However, certain events have played out differently.
Sonic still defeats Dr. Eggman and rescues Princess Elise. Shadow still defeats Mephiles, with the assistance of Team Dark. And Silver and Blaze still defeat Iblis and seal him away into another dimension.
However, each of these groups were later visited by the Zone Police, shortly after their victories. The version of Dr. Eggman Sonic fought was from another reality and arrested. An Inhibitor Ring was locked around Mephiles' neck, sealing his abilities. And Iblis was extracted from Blaze's body, taking a form similar to hers.
Blaze was escorted back to the Sol Dimension after Iblis' abilities were sealed with an Inhibitor Ring.
Nonetheless, Dr. Eggman, Mephiles, and Iblis would eventually break out of Zone Jail and escape to Moebius...

If encouraged, I may continue this story. Otherwise, I will likely just hand this story off to someone who wants to continue it.
The guidelines are that Scourge has to essentially deal with these people causing trouble for him. Basically, a "Scourge '06" story.
