Ion-Yggdrasil's mother Ionia-Yggdrasil (who's real name is Freya but took the name Ionia-Yggdrasil after marrying Ivan-Yggdrasil, Ion's father and join his family traditions). She comes from a far off coastal town that is home to world class pirates, and ever since playing the Old Hunters DLC for Bloodborne, I always though of Ionia's clothing to be something similar to Maria's so when this YCH became available it just made sense to fully see what it would look like and I like it a lot!
I still remember when I created her in Bloodborne and doing the DLC (up to Maria and getting the Rakuyo as her weapon is similar but not a trick weapon) at around level 20 so that I could play through most as the main game kind of role playing her. It took a while and was difficult but in the end I succeeded after many attempts, only to realize that I misspelled her name as Iona and then I wanted to recreate her properly. The second attempt didn't take as long and was still fun and challenging going through some of the hardest game play in Bloodborne at level 20 again.
I will add more onto her backstory but it will be on a more in world commission than this one but this one is still amazing to me, being able to see her design in the clothing I had imagined her in
