The car in modern times is a German made, Go-Go Mobile, which is being driven by an adult serval.
The Go-Go Mobile sounds like it has a two stroke motor, because actually it does...A 2 cylinder, rear mounted, 2 stroke. The top speed for that car is 88 kph, which is 55 mph. The makers of the Go-Go Mobile also made a right paw version for use in countries where everyone drives on the left.
In real life, I've actually seen one with the steering wheel on the right.
