As a Christmas gift to everyone here on Inkbunny, I am allowing free domain unlimited use of the drawings #2 through #15 of night train scenes in this posting...#15 is a day time pic.
The one with Santa Bear (pic #1) is the only one that is not free game.
If you want to change them up to a different version, you may do so, as long as if you add any characters, said characters are not mine without my permission (using the characters that are already aboard the train in the pics is okay).
There are possibilities such as;
A character, playing it very dangerously, crouching between the rails with a camera to get a video.
Delinquent cubs playing chicken with the trains, or throwing track ballast at a train.
A character placing pennies, cans and other objects on the tracks.
A drawing altered up to modern times with the train being Amtrak, and the signals being present day.
A car that tried to beat the train and didn't make it...Or one that barely did make it.
Cubs or teens playing on the ladders of the signals.
Hobo camp near the tracks.
Having some of your own characters riding aboard the train.
The train in those pics could even be jazzed up as a Christmas train. Or a freight train can even be dubbed in replacing the existing train.
The trick to successfully adding things to these kind of night time scenes is to pick a darker version of the intended colours, and to hue the colours with grey.
Here's is also a key to turning a copy of a pic into a night scene...In Paint.net, go into advance colours and type the colour selection 352738. Then set the transparency for about 16 or 25, repeating additional applications of darkening if desired.
To everyone, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
