Even on a selfish level I wish you had more time. But then, I wish I had more time too! Definitely won't hurt this pretty picture. I bet that colour depth will help solidify the left hoof's position and make the magical effects extra fancy. But then, thinking about that, you should also colour the lightning Dash you submitted in the same go as this one. That's right, you should draw a million ponies and colour them all, preferably before the end of the day. ;D (And hmpf, this time the streaming website stopped working again. It's so fickle.. hope you enjoy your productivity though!)

As if you don't draw eyes beautifully enough, you worked the anime influences into this so subtly that I almost didn't notice. (Seriously, I'm a week behind and probably looked at this one fifteen times before writing this.) Her lying back but still off balance as she reaches up, along with her expression, shows her bemusement beautifully. The cracked, jumbled background adds to the feeling, and the unfortunate butterfly gives the scene a sense of tragedy too. (And I can't help but think of Neonata too.)
