I don't know how fast a B24 can go. That Cadillac can top out at 124 to 125 mph, and Biff would take that as a challenge to a road race...The first thing he would do is stomp the accelerator.

At a time which is still quite a bit later, Biff will get it in his noggin he can beat Danny Otter's Studebaker Golden Hawk one night in a road race on Highway 54. Biff is not that skilled of a driver, and I'm planning on having that one not end good.
