in this form she stands about 5 feet tall has a athletic apple type body and thicc thighs, a star shaped gem covers her right eye and a heart shaped gem cover her right butt cheek, she has signs of corruption all over their body in the form of black creeping marks sort of like creeping tentacles however these are only appear as blemishes on the skin in humanoid form she has long thick flowing somewhat messy locks with alternating streaks through out also due to her corruption she dose retain some of her animal appendages in her humanoid form ears, antlers and tail remain no mater which form she is in and yes she has 4 arms in her humanoid form
Animal form:
in this form her gems are in the same places as her humanoid form however her hair is now a mane that reaches from the top of her head all the way down to the tip of her rat like tail ending with a tuft of fluff
Coruption form:
in this form is basically a 3rd organisum that lives inside their body and when enraged it burst form within and engulfs their body very similar to that of a venom symboinite
Weapon: in humanoid form like most gems TanzOnyx has her own weapon, which is a Trident however the fork part is reminiscent of a spork
