i've Taken one of the region broodmothers of my Epiok Species and decided to make it another seperate species known as the MOOOOGANS (a Bovine Dragon in case that isn't obvious) this girl here is a Common Brown MOOOOGAN that produces Chocolate Milk and depending on their colors much like my Epioks produce different flavoured cotton candy smoke the MOOOOGANS produce different flavoured milks

the females don't fly but can be born with tiny wings incapable of lifting their weight however the males known and BUUULLGANS can fly even tho they have the same body mass as the MOOOOGANS they grow much much larger wings

Be them magical, wing size should not matter as to if something can fly. It does really depend on what you want them to be capable of I guess. But if these are magical, then you don't need their wing size to limit what they can do.

One of the most ridiculous examples is in the MLP Friendship Is Magic cartoon. They had in it at the time he was first shown, a no name pony show up that looked more like he seriously belonged in the Ren & Stimpy cartoon instead. Some time later, he was shown more, and was given a name, Bulk Biceps. He is a bulk mass mussel bound body builder looking pegasus, with very small wings. Even smaller than most of them. And yet he could fly, some how. O.o

I also do remember seeing a cow like dragon once. But I forgot what it was from, or fully what it looked like.

Oh' I just remembered! O.O

The dragons in the Sonic The Hedgehog cartoons and comics. They kind of looked part cow to me, and they could fly, despite having disproportionately small wings for their size.

I am also reminded of the main villain Master Moo from the monster rancher anime. When I first heard of his name I was thinking it might be a big monsterus cow or bull, even a dragon like cow or bull. It was a surprise to me he looked like this.

What you got here is not bad. It's a rather fun concept. Something (rather funny to me) came to mind. The idea the bulls can fly but the cows can't. Makes it hard for any of the cows to get away from a currently horny bull, demanding a mating. ^.^

lol well to be honest this version of the Moooogan's are just common Cattle their is a Magical version that resides as a Broodmother in my Epiok Universe on the planet Eposia she determines the milk/dairy flavours for cotton candy that the Epiok's in her region produce and she is defiantly magical,

But your also right they are INCREDIBLY easy to breed its the reason why the males grow such large wings and why the Moooogans dominate over regular cows who are basically treated and vermin with inferior milk in their world because it only comes in one flavour lol
