I'm soo proud of how this turned out. this is a ham and pineapple pizza from scratch, the dough, and everything. (ok, i bought the mozzerella) but everything else is from scratch.
The crust is hand rolled, and is about 3mm thick on the bottom, the edge is roled over, and is about 22-30mm thick.
This has taken me the better part of a couple hours to get this done just right. the dough was the hardest part.
I haven't made a pizza from scratch in years. it was fun. i'll be doing it again.. sometime.
