I just finished one of my bone melter turkey specials, that's a turkey where the meat is so tender and juicy that its literally falling off the bones to the point where you can just take a hold of a bone, pull and the meat just drops right off, no need to even use a knife. The taste would make you cry by the way. Also the skin is a golden brown, to the point of almost looking like bronze.
