It's Paw Patrol Loupy's birthday and Rocky and Snow had a pleasant "surprise" for him!
"SURPRISE AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" they shouted!
But Loupy was somewhat puzzled and asked: "And where are the balloons, the cake and the gifts?"
Rocky:"That's in the other room, but here we have a special gift for you!" Loupy:"Awesome!And I can ask ... where is my gift?" Rocky:"Hey Snow, take Loupy in your paws and take down his diaper!" Snow:"I'll do it with pleasure!"
And then Rocky told Loupy: "And this is your first gift ... a birthday spanking!"
Loupy:"HUFF!"
