And it all happened so quick, it'll seem like a blur.

I know, there are a few things bass-ackwards between Chucky's control movements and what the airplane is doing. I didn't catch them until later, but I couldn't figure out how to fix them without redoing those panels. But you get the idea.

So, just out of curiosity, has the microphone been broadcasting everything Chucky has been saying? I didn't notice any hand movements that would turn it on or off.

Usually, the stick or yoke has a button under the thumb that keys the mic to the radio.

No, he does lots of talking to himself. There is a black button on top of the stick that keys the mic. His left thumb is on it in the second to last panel as he responds to the tower's instructions.

Which then makes it a skid. I've made that mistake as a student pilot, but it also works.

Oh I have no idea if it works as good in a canard airplane. I'd imagine it would at least work somewhat, since you're still diverging the airplane's axis from the flight path.
