So after Storm was talking about all the cool Pokemon costumes his friends had gotten (he would not stop talking about it) I decided to give him one of his birthday gifts early. The moment he saw it he instantly put it on and just does not want to take it off. Now he's getting ready for the Pokemon Convention and, of course, Halloween. He is so super excited :)
