Rune is a 'fabled creature' species, which is slang for a creature that usually is rarely, if ever, spotted, prompting myths and legends about their species. Being a Wolpertinger, Rune has the body of a rabbit, with some deer-like antlers. Despite not having any wings to denote their duck heritage like other wolpertingers, they still possess the ability of flight.
Personality
Rune is a very sassy and stoic individual. Due to their crossbred heritage, they're often regarded as a creature of fable or a freak of nature. Anyone who is lucky enough to bump into Rune is likely to be met with a sneer and a wave of the middle-finger. They're not very trusting, instead keeping to themselves unless they find something worth talking about. Rune always has a snappy comeback to any insult or jeer thrown their way, and has a habit of being sarcastic most of the time. Rune is genderfluid, though leans more toward being male, and doesn't mind being addressed as such despite their preference.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: checkers, solitude, documentaries, hiking, flying, apple strudel, potato dishes, people who don't talk their ears off
Dislikes: being insulted, being cut off, filmed or photographed by strangers, going out in winter, cars, myths about wolpertingers, anything super sweet, people being ignorant about their identity
Background/History
Rune grew up in the mountains north of Spagonia. Despite how most 'creatures of fable' tended to hide from humans and the like due to the fact they were seen as bizarre or would possibly be kidnapped to be experimented on, Rune's sassy attitude reared itself early and they decided to hit the streets and be recognized as someone not to mess with. Rune has been doing well for living ten years in the cities, adopting their own style of fashion and picking up on many things that the modern world has to offer.

Rune has a small family in the mountains, who keep hidden because of their fear of humans and other Sapients.

Rune lives in a small village about a day's travel from Spagonia, in the northern part of the planet.
Body
Skin: pale
Fur: Tan, dark brown, light tan, very fluffy
Markings: orange dots on lower forehead, marks on outside of lower eyes above the muzzle
Eyes: right eye is brown, left eye is red (heterochromia)
Has orange antlers
Clothing
Rune is fond of taking novelty t-shirts with rude phrases, and ripping off the sleeves. Also will take jean shorts (or jeans, if not provided), and rip the legs off to turn them into short-shorts.
Accessories
Two silver earrings in bottom of the left ear with black decorations on the bottom. One has a cross, the other has a crescent moon shape.
