Husky's uncle! And probably the biggest and on-going spoiler, Shamu has been drawn so many times in different themes that it's now probably obvious for those who read my story of who he is, and what might be of this handsome fellow in the future. Is it possible that Shamu survived after his abduction? Even more extraordinary; could it be that he managed to somehow escape the evil grip of the machines? Who knows... maybe he's still out there, alone... Maybe he did keep his promise to Hasky and survived all these years, thinking that he might be the last of the Evocanis.
"Shamu is Hasky's brother and he is mentioned by her several times during the story. He also made his first appearance in D.E1 Prologue. Not much can be said about Shamu but that he barely managed to survive the first attack together with his little sister, Hasky, when all of their Sector was destroyed by the machines. Years later, physically and emotionally grown, he fought bravely against the machines who this time came with the only purpose of abducting a part of the Evo population and killing the rest, a long with destroying Canis Major. The result of that battle is already known, and these events have been told in Chuksha's bio. Canis Major was miraculously saved by the Retcans, but unfortunately the damage was already done. Many Evos lost their lives, as well as many others disappeared without leaving any trace; Shamu was one of them.
For years, Hasky didn't want to think about what happened to his brother. As many, his body was never found. However, there was something that Hasky would never forget; Shamu's last words to her: 'Hasky... no matter what happens today, I promise I will survive...' those words would forever resonate in her mind.
Not much is told by Hasky about Shamu, but it is thought that both of them were very alike in behavior. However, Shamu seemed to be stronger and certainly a key on Hasky's development into the intelligent and strong Evo she became."
Okay... so by now it's obvious. Yes, it is possible that Shamu managed to survive and somehow made it back home. Evidence of this is this drawing. This might be in the present. For those who have noticed in other drawings of Shamu, he is often seen with a terrible scar of an injury that took one of his limbs. this outfit seen here... that sleeve. Could it be a clue?
