Here he is! The one and only; Husky the husky. This fellow means so much to me and could be considered the reason why I created my story a whopping 15 years ago. It's really hard to believe, even for me. He brings so much memories to me; good and bad. But for whatever reason, he is the only thing that has kept me going through life and gave me peace and refuge from the harshness of real life.
Not many know, but he had another name. Fang used to be his name in a short comic strip I used to do in school (instead of paying attention). But Husky is the name that finally defined him as a character. The name that gave life to D.E1.
This short comic strip was never something definitive, but before I graduated from high-school (more like dropped off), he gradually shifted to a sci-fi world and a much richer story, being a fighter pilot in a huge army of anthro animals. thankfully, since I wasn't wasting my time studying, I was able to create his world in much more detail. Lya was originally his sister, Fx was kind of his rival (I was still a bit corrupted by humanity back then, but slowly letting myself off from it) and Hasky was his... well, his "significant other" instead of his... well, his mommy like she's been for the past 15 years of D.E1. Wow... his beginnings were so different from D.E1! (ans something I desperately try to forget XD)

"As many other post-attack Evos, Husky has had a relatively care-free and happy life along with his two only family members; Hasky (his Life Giver) and Fx (his adoptive brother). As short as his life has been, he has had the privilege of enjoying Canis Major's beauty in an age of peace along with his brothers and sisters Evocanis.
Husky always had an interest in technology, specially with spaceships and any type space tech-science. Fueled by this, Husky, along with his only two family members have spent most of their time around simulators and engineering bays in Canis Major's hangars.
Although this interest was sparked by pure curiosity and not really planning ahead, Husky and his brother proved to be exceptional pilots, passing with honors the D.E Project training and eventually volunteering into the D.E Development Team. By the time they realized how serious this task was, they already had proved their value and couldn't decline, as they knew they would be of much help for their species and their home Canis Major.
Reluctant at the beginning, Husky dreaded leaving Canis Major to join ranks at the D.E Cruiser, but once there he encountered himself with an incredible new world full of experiences that no other newer generation Evocanis could even think about. He came to love his new routine, not realizing how much the D.E Team would change his life...
Husky is a very light mannered Evocanis. He is of a very inquisitive, playful and of loving nature, almost falling into the naive side which is typical of younger Evos who didn't live through the attacks. He often seems like not being the type that would make a good soldier, but more than once he has proven how exceptionally brave and fearless he can be when his friends are endangered. Many don't see it at the beginning, but behind this tender Evo boy of gentle blue eyes lies a powerful and relentless warrior who would not hesitate a second to put his life on the line for those who he loves and cares for. Whether in reality or in a terrible nightmare, whoever dared menace his brothers, his friends and his home, he would show them the fearsome edge of an Evocani's claws and fangs."
Husky means so much to me. I literally wouldn't be standing here right now if it wasn't for him...
