When it comes to advice on girls, it's safe to say that Kev and Vincent aren't the best sources.

We all have those movie critic friends who go on and on about directors, cinematography, symbolism, etc., present their opinions as facts, and won't just shut the fuck up and enjoy the show. I understand the value of knowing this stuff. It's enabled me to seek out various directors and understand styles and such. But the self-appointed superiority that these people exhibit is just nauseating.

I fit the good half of that description. XD
I honestly can't stand talking and noise during a movie outside of the occasion quiet comment.

This is why I prefer watching movies on a stream with friends and others. That way people can easily tune out a chat if they really want to pay attention to the movie while others can comment and gush over the film.

If I have seen it before, I don't mind so much; however, for my first time, I demand silence unless something confuses me.

My first time watching Rogue One was a bust, for example, because I did not know where in the time line it went and I was confused because for some reason I was expecting a sort of continuation of the star wars movie released just prior to it, not some spin off thing that takes place between two of the numbered movies.

I've had way too many experiences watching movies with folks who don't know when it's OK to yell out silly comments during a terrible/goofy movie, MST3K-style, and when they need to seriously shut up and watch a film without making fun of it.

Yeah those two ain't getting laid anytime soon. Amd we all know about "those" type of critics. If you can't shut it when a movie is playing duct tape can solve that problem.

Reminds me of my best friend, well I guess technically my only friend. He has the ability to figure out the plot twists or big reveals in movies. He never spoils it for me but he does have a habit of asking me about it five minutes before it is revealed in the movie if I have seen it before.

I have to admit I'm kinda that way myself. I try not to be when it's someone who's not familiar with me and movies especially if they haven't see that movie yet but ya..sometimes.
Now BAD movies...all bets are off!! Just fair warning! ;D

Also nice touch making them look like Siskel and Ebert in the last panel! :D

ALSO also I REALLY love those facial expressions you give Kev in this. Beautifully done! :D

Oh wow, I never even intended to make them look like Siskel and Ebert, but right on.

Thanks. I wanted to show a marked change in Kev since we first met him early in the story. Now that college is no longer a new place, and he's no longer majoring in flying, his confident unfiltered personality is out in the open.
