Long story short, demon half was getting to strong and the longer I let....THAT go unchecked without any control over it, the higher the chance Id turn into an alternate out of control version of our father outside of the demon realm and no one needs two of hm running around freely, hence why I wear the dog tag which blocks the energy, which gives me the time I need to learn how to control it.

i don't think i noticed this necklace before o.o my sona has a similar thing, though don't let me pass out to long, one would think he'd become to dependent apon that necklace and lose control sooner, or maybe it's like a thing to fall back on incase you lose focus and tops off that extra lil bit

And in the case with rex as he ages his demon half just got way to strong for him to control naturally so the dog tag seals that energy within him and intially releases it into him bit by bit so as his body continues to grow it will like grow more accustomed to the excess energy until eventually he won't need it but obviously if he deems itnecessary he can just take it off temporarily and yea his body is only strong enough to handle itfor 3 minutes currently lol
