Upon request for more pictures of baked treats, I've uploaded some of my recent projects.
The first images is a picture of the mocha cupcakes I made with Starbucks VIA ready brew coffee and Belgian dark chocolate. The coffee creme chantilly (whipped cream with vanilla, sugar, and more Starbucks VIA in it) is drooping a bit, but that's after a bumpy, semi-air conditioned car ride. The bottoms are covered in dark chocolate ganache, and the topping is grated white chocolate. I made this tray of cupcakes for the going away party of a Starbucks store manager.
The second image is a picture of the cupcakes and cake pops I made for a birthday party. It was a rush job so it's box white cake mix and vanilla icing. The coating on the cake pops and the bottom of the cupcakes are melted vanilla Wilton Candy Melts. Everything is coloured with Wilton icing colours and the sprinkles were picked up from other sources.
