Jo is arguably the most of two things in Hollow Grove. Safe! And scared. Some people just don't handle fear well, and that's fine! That's human. It also might not be the best mix when you gain an ability that puts you in the jaws of horror almost 24/7.
While being rescued from a local cult, Jo bumbled on an ancient ceremony meant to give one of the cult leaders a serious power boost. She was leaning too far in from an above view of the wrong place at just the right time and, well gravity makes fools of us all.
She is now nigh invulnerable, and with MUCH convincing she came to be utilized for team missions.
She does not, however have any other powers. Notably super strength. Her best hope is to tap in to actual human adrenaline. ... And not go all flight instead of fight.
Other than that, she's a sweet and thoughtful sheep that tries her best to help out both in and out of the field.
Edit: Someone said they weren't quite sure what was going on in the pic itself, so I tried to brush things up to help that out. =)
