Some time back I saw a post on Tumblr. It struck me as a -perfect- Nat and Cat shirt and shorts combo. (Best of all, they're just silly enough to do it!) It took me a while, but I finally got it done! I added just the background by itself to show some more Partners architecture, like the naturally self cleaning lap pool in the back. Plant power! Feel free to use it for a Partners dating sim or something. :V
And I decided to add a little bit from the starting production from when I was utterly geeking out over how much I love these two. =3

Considering I was able to see so many stages of the development of this picture, you'd be perfectly sound in thinking that the impact of seeing the completed picture had lessened.
You'd also be WRRRRONG! No amount of cynicism, no bad day, no negative force in this universe could stop me from looking at this amalgamation of adorable teens and goofy dorkitude and gasping like a princess seeing a meadow of frolicking squirrels. The faces are so cute! The colors are so vibrant! The architecture is so spot on for a universe that you consistently illustrate way better than I think I ever could! And oh mai is dat sum outrageous Grayswift gluteals I spy?? Shiny, rotund and so boldly shelving- plus the fact that her shorts make them look like they're made of polished marble- that is the Nat Ass we all know and love.
I think this would be an excellent picture to show first-time readers, actually! It's funny, displays the dynamics between the girls, shows off their designs beautifully (I'm still taken by Carrie's face by the way), and if they're wondering "How could this otherwise gregarious, confident girl worry that her butt could look absurd enough to despoil her heroic projections?", this would make them go, "Oh. Oh okay yeah, I can see why a sixteen year old would think that."
