I love "All Dogs Go To Heaven" and undoubtedly this is one of my favorite characters from that film.

I've actually never have drawn Itchy before so I decided to. I love this guy, he's so adorable and pretty funny. ^__^

I actually have a plush of him in real life that I saved from a dumpster.
