You've heard his name mentioned in the BIOs of Team Sakara, now meet the villain behind that name:

Dr. E-VOK ROBOTNIK

REAL NAME: Eron Artimus Kintobor
AGE: Unknown; physically appears as late 30s to early to mid 40s
HEIGHT: 6'2"
WEIGHT: 200 Lbs
SPECIES: Human Overlord/29th century Borg hybrid
BIRTH: Unknown; presumed to be around or before the 2830s

BIO:
Much of Eron's true past is shrouded in mystery, but from intel reports gathered, it is suggested that Eron Artimus Kintobor's last name was really Robotnik, and that he is descendant from the great criminal mastermind Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik of the planet Mobius. According to sources and Intel gather thus far, Eron was born sometime at the beginning of the 29th century. Parents are unknown, as he was found as a baby at the doorstep of an orphanage on a colony on Vigis II, located at the time near Borg space. During this time period, the liberated Borg Cooperative outnumbered the evil Borg Collective in population by about 2-to-1, leading the Collective to try and spread out in small grounds to try and assimilate other worlds in order to increase their numbers.
When Eron Kintobor was in his late teens, the Borg Collective came to Vigis II and assimilated most of the colony, including him. Unfortunately for the Borg, Eron was found with robotizied implants and nanites within his system when he was a baby, and these nanties were design to overaid borg technology and reprogram them to follow his commands & suit his own needs. Thus, While Eron did play a convincing 29th century borg drone for quite a time, it turned out he still had his individuality intact, and was just playing along to buy his time until ready to strike and take over the collective as his own.
During a battle between the Borg Queen & Cooperative factions, Eron played his "trump card," by single-handedly affecting all Borg drones within the Queen's ship to follow his will using his own Robo-nanites, and starting a coup to overtake the ship. He then killed off the Queen himself. Following the successful takeover of the ship, Eron began to spread his Overaid Robo-Nanites to any Cooperative Borg that were still on board or captured for reassimilation and send them back to the Cooperative ships, effecting them with the nanites as well, and thus re-assimilating & reprogramming all Borg on both sides of the battlefield to serve only him. After this incident, Eron Kintobor became Dr. E-Vok Robotnik, and soon began a campaign to conqur anyone & everyone who refused his rule.
It isn't know until years later that during his time playing Borg Drone, the Robo-Nanites in his brain & blood stream started giving him long detailed information on his origins, as well as his family's legacy. Turns out his parents, now long dead, were earlier descendants of Eggman who wanted nothing to do with the Robotnik legacy, and wanted to change for the better, thus leaving the family Empire behind and changing their name back to Kintobor to conceal their past. Wanting to place his true family name once again in history, Eron decided to embrace his ancestor's dark legacy, and once again carry the name Robotnik.
Since then, E-Vok has been trying time and again to attack the federation and its allies, using any means necessary to take them out, while also trying to reconquer the planet Mobius & rebuilt Robotroplious.
Once the Temporal Cold War started, E-Vok immediately took up arms with his army of Robo-Borg Drones and robotizied spies to change history to meet his goals (including trying to take out Sonic the Hedgehog & Princess Sally Acorn before they could end Dr. Eggman's original reign), only for Team Sakara and the crew of the Axalon to foil his plans and preserve the time stream.
During one temporal incursion in the war, it was discovered that Eron's rise into E-Vok was in fact a self-fulfilling paradox: It is discovered that E-vok went back in time personally to the day of his birth, and killed his own parents. He then took his newborn self and injected him with the robo-nanites he had just developed, and transported him to the orphanage, and thus setting himself up for his long awaiting career of evil.
To this day, E-Vok continues to meddle with the timelines of not just the Federation and planet Mobius, but any world or people of interest whose changed history would work to his favor, making him both a terrorists & temporal threat not to be reckoned with.

***

The design I had in mind for E-Vok came from several sources, including Shinzon from Star Trek Nemesis, Cypher from The Matrix, and One, the 29th Borg Drone from the Star Trek Voyager ep., "Drone" (in fact, his Borg armor is a direct redesign of One's adaptive organic armor). Tim Curry and his "evil villain" persona was also a factor in his design.

Where as Dr. Robotnik & Dr. Eggman were depicted as fat heavy power houses, for E-Vok I wanted to go in the opposite direction and made him skinny & stronge, so that with his Borg strength & abilities he would have the speed & power to rival Team Sakara evenly in combat.

Both his Borg Armor's colors & his lab-coat's colors & design are a nod to the Robotniks that came before him, including Eggman Nega. The gold ring "plugs" on his lab coat & armor allow him to connect to Borg suspension cables, much like the Borg Queen. And both armor hands come with nanite tubules for both assimilation & computer hacking. His left ocular implant has the Borg insignia as part of the scanning device's design.

Anyways, this reference sheet was also a commission from :iconryonryonryon:.

Enjoy!

hmm.  look like robotnik heritage just slowly reach to the relation of Command and conquer KANE.

I was expecting another smarter Egg pun name. Like "Armlet","Yolk" or "Orvum" for example

nice nemesis to the sakara team.

Did not expect a future Robotnik looking like a cyborg Rob Haford, lead singer of Judas Priest.
