What's keeping the dress and diaper and collar on him? I call bullshit, he's enjoying this and that's why he's not taking that stuff off.
Could be a locking collar (cant see the back), dress could have a zipper on the back with a lock connecting to the collar so it cant be unzipped. pacifier could expand once inserted in mouth so it cant be pulled out.
