Recently [iconname]Oogzie[/iconname] ended up creating an adorable little child to go with his Gourgeist character, Cece, whom spoils him beyond belief. We've chatted on this subject for awhile and I've been waiting for it to actually come to fruition and it seems it finally happened just in time for the season~ So to commemorate this adorable little ball of Pumpkapudge, I decided to draw him because the world needs more of it. Also a little extra Halloween goodness is always appreciated, right?
