My dad always had some good words of wisdom when I called home from college. Always made me feel better. No matter what silly thing I did, it seems like he had a story about him doing something worse.

I remember my dad was calling the girls outside when Im with him in the car. But it wasn't for him, he was pointing at me for them. And they were hookers on the streets. Lol...good ol' dad. Always finding the easy way out.

Actually no, Chucky's dad is very soft spoken and tends to talk very slowly.

chucky, hes not really nice :3 I mean aviation is a small community of people and thats why having good ties with others is important and people even if they wouldn't normally make an effort to tolerate differences will in aviation because chances are you will bump into them alot, at least thats how it is in Canada, don't know about the rest of the world but looking at the way social interactions go down, especially in flight schools you can't disrespect anyone, especially pilots considering most of them fly planes that the techs maintain :P so yeah, you see a huge difference between aviation college and normal ones where students don't necessarily have to get along. Have you actually studied in aviation or it mainly a hobby? Honestly if its just a hobby you should really consider studying in that field! ignore that lol just going to leave it here in case you were curious about what I said :3

If you left it hear, of course I'm going to read it! ;D

It's absolutely the same way here. Chucky is young and still working on his learning curve.

how old is he supposed to be actually? is he in his 10s or 20s?

He's 16. In their society, you start what they call 'primary school' when you're around 5 or 6. Primary school is 10 years so most furs are 16 or so when they graduate.

ah okay yeah, I 16 would be very accurate for his attitude lol some teens that arrive in fall are pretty arrogant and clueless sometimes :3 I honestly don't get why, when I arrived I fit right in with the guys and made a bunch of friends which was the opposite of high school for me. Kinda sad since they really miss out on the super passionate folks you meet :)

It makes it challenging to write because I have to think back to some of the attitudes and frustrations I had when I was 16. But remember, this is his first day of college so he's got some growing to do. It doesn't happen over night. He still needs to interact with others and get some self reflection.

Well, isn't dad to the point in the last panel.  LOL.  I bet that's something mom wants to hear him say.
