Back when I first came up with my 'sona back in 2005, I was involved in a super powered RP, and I needed to give myself a super power. Wouldn't you know it, but I've had a NUMBER of dreams where I've been part of an X-Men like squad, wielding control over electricity as my power. Seemed a natural fit to me! On top of that, I regularly get visibly shocked by metallic objects, even when it's not really the right atmospheric conditions for it.
Anyway, allow me to introduce super powered me - Livewyre!

I really love all the pics of my sona that've been done so far. They're all pretty much bang on for what I have in mind, and the body proportions are just right. If anything, Livewyre looks a little shorter than I actually am. Yay, I'm taller than someone!
Like I mentioned, if I can really nail down some good ideas for other characters, I may very well have more super powered bois for you to color >:3
