yeah, sadly Swaggerdile doesn't support Paypal, i wasn't sure about Patreon as they pay out through it at least. As i said, there may be another option available with direct donation if you contact the "contact us" address on the patreon or swaggerdile pages. I'm only in charge of the art site parts myself, so they might know more :)

Patreon does take paypal... but since paypal is technically not for adult work it can be blocked as an option on a whim :(
I do know that swaggerdile is hoping to get more payment methods including Paypal and even Bitcoin. When they do have more options I'll be posting a journal about it.
