and I decided to do a little series of pictures and stories. He writes and I draw. We swap back and forth with who sets the scene, I drew this pic and Ratz wrote a story to go with it. Enjoy. ^.^
Maria glanced over at the adult mouse sitting next to her on the couch, the two of them just relaxing and watching television, but the young vixen was bored. „You knoooooow~?" she purred out, dragging her words out childishly, making the adult mouse perk up from looking at the screen. „You said you'd drive me around as long as it's not too far away, yeah? Can we drive to the park?" she climbed up on the couch, crawling over to him, her paws on his lap as she gave him the big puppy eyes, her tail swishing behind her in joy. „Pretty pleeeeeeeeease?" came the gentle beg of her. „I really love your car." she said, looking at it with huge eyes, the black paint job glittering in the warm afternoon sun. She wanted to say so the first time, but she had been too shy and too preoccupied with the idea of getting dresses. He couldn't help but grin at her compliment, glancing over the car himself. It was his greatest treasure so far and he was really proud of it. "Well, get your sweet butt inside then." he told her, opening the car for her. He watched her climb in, smiling at how happy and pretty she looked now, fresh clothes and shoes on her feet, it had been only a few days, but it seemed like there was a year of difference between the dirty and scared runaway and the well groomed kit sitting in his car, seat-belt already fastened around her. "Come oooon, let's drive!" she called out at him, breaking the mouse out of his thoughts and he entered the warmed up car with a grin. It has been a really warm day for late autumn, warm enough that he had to argue with Maria to get shoes on her feet, the young girl seemed to love to wear just the bear minimum of clothing... not that he minded that much inside his home. He started the car, turned up the radio and backed out of the drive way, starting their way to the park. She glanced over at the mouse, rubbing her nose and trying to prevent her tail to bap against the seat too noisily with how amped she already was. Toshubi seemed really concentrated, both hands on the wheel and for such a strong car he drove it really nicely, the girl trying to hold the urge to ask him to drive faster and show her what this nice car could do. Looking out of the windows, she saw they were driving the long main road already. It was Sunday, so there weren't that many cars on the road with them. Wriggling around in her seat, the vixen felt way too warm, her fluffy fur already settled for winter and so she wasn't really used to warm days anymore. With a short glance over at her, he noticed her wriggling and the soft pants that came from her. "If it's too hot, you can open the window if you want." he told her, reaching over to give her a short scratch behind her ear, though quickly returning his hand to the steering wheel. This seemed to be music in her ears and sure enough, the window was quickly opened wind rushing over her and she leaned back with a happy sigh. Feeling sufficiently cooled down now, she listened to the music, the roar of motors and the air blown around the car. The feeling of rushing wind against her made her close her eyes and lean a bit closer to the window. She glanced over at him, wriggling a bit more in her seat, a big grin spreading over her face. "Feels nice, doesn't it?" he asked her with a smirk as he saw how much she seemed to enjoy this, to which she only responded with a soft, approving hum and a little giggle. The vixen watched other cars and trees and houses as they passed them. Soon enough that urge to make him drive faster turned into a different one, the girl already as close to the open window as possible. He heard a click and perked up, quickly looking over at her to see that she had freed herself from the seat-belt. "Hey..." he made at her, but he could as well talk with a wall, the girl first just putting out her head into the rushing wind, her long hair blown back and her huge ears tugged back by the speed of the wind, making her close her eyes to protect him. But that wasn't enough yet for Maria. She half stood up in her seat, one hand going for the dashboard as the other held onto the car door, she pushed more of her out into the rushing wind. "Woooooooooooooohhh~!" she howled out in the wind, letting her tongue loll out, satisfying her childish canine urges. The adult could only smirk, shaking his head lightly in disapproval, but he didn't really have it in the heart to stop her from having her silly fun, letting her hang her head out of the car window like a dog.
