I find you have to let that black line fill in all the way across the time bar before you can play it.
Dr. Kyle Genet who doesn't like Dr. Zander Rat (most other animals don't) is digitally doodling on a poster project Zander was working on.
Zander's poster was some furbrain scheme of his to boost his own ego to begin with...and he was using the hospital's computers to do it on.
Dr. Rat was already told by the senior doctor in charge, Dr. Tavi Mongoose, "Zander, if you want to work on that crap at home, or at your office of practice, do it there. But this hospital is no place for that".
