Fake beggars who try to exploit other people's generosity, specially on the behalf of sick children.
Last night on my way back from work I reencountered a lady who's been doing this ever since I was in late high school (I've always gone around by bus). Over the years her story changed many times but it's always about "her sick child who needs a certain expensive medicine". This time she was sporting the photograph of a little girl with Down's, a photo that I later saw it could be easily found on Google Images.
Unfortunately for as long as humans are around their will always be those looking for ways to exploit others for their own gain. A sad and harsh reality.

There's someone on IB doing it, I researched them and found out they been begging people for money for random medical reasons, losing jobs and having no food since 2014 in journals on DA. Reported them to the website owners but they haven't done anything with it it seems.
I keep an eye out for them, to see what they come up with next to get people to give them money.
