I reached 200 watchers a few weeks back and I have been busy, but I'm available for arts now, and will be doing a Raffle for my watchers. This will be a random raffle using a random number generator.
The Winner will get a free fully shaded pic, of up to 4 characters. (It doesn't have to be shaded if the winner doesn't want it to be.)
Rules 1. Must be a watcher.
Suggestions 1. At least have an idea of what you might want 2. Spread word of my Raffle.
