Hello. I forgot to post my yearly reminder that I have SADS, which means that when winter hits, I suffer a shitstorm of depression. This year has been better than most, making me lazy up until this month when laziness was traded out for depression.
Here is something important!
Talking takes the edge off of teh depression - and I don't mean talking about why I feel depressed, but talking about nice things really helps.
