So, when did you find our weird and crazy furry fandom? What got you into it? For me looking for Bugs Bunny pictures online. My most favorite cartoon character ever, in 1997 but my favorite animal has always been a bear, so I have been a bear since.

I understand the english version much better than a google-translated one! xD

I think I've been 'furry' forever. Ever since kid I liked anthropomorphic animals, specially cubs, from all cartoons. When I grew older my favorite movie became 'Lady and the Tramp', and when The Lion King was released, I just became so obsessed with it that years later, when I got into the Internet for the first time, it was the very first thing I searched for in good 'ol Yahoo.

From there on, got into The Lion King Muck, and roleplaying there and chatting with other TLK fans I knew about the 'furry fandom', and that's when I created Salmy (late 1997).

Thanks much for creating this site, because honestly (while my gallery is without cubs) I received a very higher amount of comments and people following me than FA o,o (btw I plan also to adds some of my safe content here).

is the owner, and Starling the creator ^^ I got in the team some months after it was opened and since then I've been just helping out with server tasks and coding new features! But thanks a lot :D I really love to help to improve this site ^^

I honestly think Inkbunny has the friendliest and nicest community out there. Faves are important, business is too, but comments is what makes you feel closer to the rest of the users!

And please, upload SFW stuff as well, we love SFW a lot too! :D

Salmy created the FA2IB tool which you can use to selectively copy over that work, too!

As for comments, while Inkbunny has maybe 1/5 the traffic of FA, it also has 1/5 the submission rate, so artists have about an equal or better chance of getting noticed.

to be honest I find amazing the chance to upload more pics in the same submissions, also after some time. Thus "resuming" old arts. I never understood people complaining with "necro" because I think if an art is good or interesting, could be good or interesting even after months if not years ...

And thanks for the link x3 But I think I will upload them one by one also to think and select and maybe don't upload the ones I dislike etc Xd

PS: I read the tool is for selective uploads xD but also I forgot to say that I like to upload the stuff not all together, to give time my watchers to see and appreciate them, avoiding mass uploads ^^

Ah, well it's uploaded hidden, so would only be visible (and re-dated to the front of your gallery) when you publish it; you could do that over days/weeks if you want to trickle it out. Not that our members mind a good-ol' content flood now and then - they're inured to it now!

Of course if you have it at a larger resolution than FA allows, you might want to publish those on IB, but you can replace files in a submission if necessary.

Just save 50%+ of what you earn for a decade and you should be sorted! Also, get used to living on cheese and carrots, or crunchy insects, not your fancy carnivore diet. :-D

But I can't eat cheese, the nutritionist took dairy out of my diet D: and dunno, saving 50% should be good if I earned a lot! but I don't earn so much to support myself for the rest of my life just with half of what I earned in 10 years >_< I wasn't a top-notch gamestop engineer! ;)
