I have a question and maybe you could help me; am I allowed to promote through here my free raffle and/or ychs that I have upload at my Furaffinity account?

Check out our in-progress promotions policy. What you have is probably a sweepstakes.

The big issue: it has to actually be free-entry (or a trivial +watch, etc.), not "you pay/donate/whatever and get a chance to win". The main site for it being at Fur Affinity or wherever is not an issue.
