Who is the Least Popular Penitatas Round 6

This is a tournament to see which Penitatas is unpopular.

Hold on a second Rouge2 :D. Since I read what the different reward is going to be for me and everyone else just now X3 and ^_^, I know that certain episode well for myself since I've seen it and I do possibly have the right answer on the first try and the answer is ^w^... Justin Beaver :3 and =3.

Correct you get the second vote (on a different character) as well as putting one character from safety back into the fray.

What I meant was you cannot place a vote on the one you send back into the battlefield.

P.S. If I wanted to send someone back into the fray from the safety zone for example, I would probably have to go with and choose Dong for myself =3 and ;3.

Okay then Rouge2 ^_^, I'll see if I can make things great for you and me right now and choose who I want for my two votes and I'll see what I can do about the one to be put back into the fray from the safety zone when I can after I reply to your reply that said "What I meant was you cannot place a vote on the one you send back into the battlefield." depending on who can and cannot be for sure ^w^.
