The setting is Flarth, Miley founded the Miley's Rangers and was fond of her team.  But Adolph and her got into a prank war and eventually drove Susie, the only serious member of the team, crazy.

Susie, taking charge confronted them both and released them because she had "enough of their shit'.

So Miley and Adolph heard of a new group of Penitatas taking members called "The Squeakers" and decided to join along with Adolph.  Annie eventually defected from the now called "Susie's Rangers" to join them as well.

Miley loves wearing disguises and like Babs Bunny, she has the whirly-twirly technique that allows her to change into disguises quickly.

Miley in battle is all about stealth and deception.  Pretty much she sneaks around and tries to distract enemies, but is handy with a certain hedgehog's hammer that she "found" and not stolen.

I changed her outfit and changed her hat to make it more "kawaii" or whatever the fuck it's called.  I'll change it back upon request.
